About Secretts:
We’re a thriving family-run farm shop located in Milford, Surrey and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Farm Shop Assistant to join our friendly team on a full time basis.
About the Role:
As a key member of our farm shop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm shop. You’ll be working with our team in a food environment and dealing with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer service, stocking shelves, handling food, stock checks, inventory management, ordering and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the farm shop.
We’d love you to have:
- Experience of working in a similar, customer facing role (desired but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and good time-keeping
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- A passion for delivering a premium service that makes shopping at Secretts a memorable experience for our customers
- Attention to detail and a focus on products and presentation to ensure our shelves and deli are always looking their best
- A team player and good communicator who is happy to support fellow colleagues and contribute to our positive working environment
- Good standards of cleanliness (a food safety certificate would be beneficial but not essential)
